Went to La Chapelle (La Chapelle d'Abondance) in the winter and stayed just opposite the lifts in Chalet De Marie. They are really nice apts and so handy for the lifts and the pub (Panthiaz) had a wonderful time so thought I would try it in the summer and certainly was not disappointed. Plenty to see and do and the scenery is just amazing. Well worth a visit.
